This brochure commorates the Honda Civic and its achievement as The Japanese Car Of The Year for 1991 and 1992, and a celebration for the Civic nameplate hitting its 20th year anniversary in 1993.
The commorative model in question is a VTi (EG8 chassis code), with notable cosmetic changes compared to the standard VTi.
The listed changes are:

- Exclusive color options: Torino Red Pearl & Flint Black Metallic
- Driver's seat SRS airbag system (present on the standard VTi)
- Power seats (driver's seat/reclining, sliding, front and rear independent height mechanism)

- Body-colored power-folding remote control door mirrors
- 6 commemorative decals - such as stripes celebrating the award and model anniversary

A possible change could also have been gold Honda badges according to the shown model.
